bakit ang stupid ng blog posting mechanism nito?

Ako kasi I usually make use of Microsoft Word first, or notepad, or wordpad, whatever is most available or is open already, then paste everything on to the friendster blog. Kaya lang something really wrong happens along the way, and a totally chaotic formatting results! As in! Nangyari na ba yun sa inyo? Siguro kasi ang haba-haba ng sinusulat ko. Woman of many words… (nuuy woman…)

Now I know why tumatalon yung promotion ko for our movie blue moon the first time I posted it (well, I don’t know exactly WHY, but at least I know the thing’s screwed up!)… so ayan, I spent quite some time fixing the dratted darn deformed html code. Leche. Nagiging ballistic siya sometimes if you type in the word “sana” or a place such as “Baguio”, and some certain proper nouns, like "Irvine Welsh". Haay. Stupid. 

Will really really get myself a better blogging site soon. Lilipat na ako! Maybe livejournal or something, I don’t know yet. Ano ba maganda? Any suggestions? Eto lang kasi ang alam ko, and it’s so convenient for me

(and by the way, bakit talaga hindi ko maabot-abot ang friendster quota? Ang tagal tagal ko na dito sa Friendster eh. Eh friendly naman ako, right? Haay. Or maybe di lang ako pala-invite? Or pala-accept? Yeah. I guess that’s why… Lipat na lang rin kaya ako sa Multiply? Hah, and start over? Wag na noh!

Again, as was the case last year, this list is an updated version for my fans, friends and family who want to make me happy this coming birthday, Christmas, New Year, and Valentines season… (pati licensure season, hahaha!)  I thank everyone who in one way or another helped me get my wishes last Christmas (Lexi my mommy, and my sisters, all my friends… basta kayong lahat!). MY WISHLIST 2006

(again, only material things included ha, no lofty wishes for health, love, prosperity and world peace… although I did receive my secret wish/prayer #1, kasi may license na ako!:-) sana pati yung ibang secret wishes and prayers matupad din!)

Traditional parts of the wishlist, and still want to have

-       a kick ass JACKET! (I always have a new jacket for Christmas every year, I get one for myself if nobody buys for me, hehe). Kase malamig ang Pasko. Jacket ha not cardigan. Preferably with zippers but buttons are cool too. Maroon/burgundy, eggplant purple, fuchsia, baby blue, khaki, emerald green, red, kahet dark denim o black, ok na ren. Leather is good too, always. And recently naaaliw ako sa mga trenchcoat types, that would be really swell! Wag lang mashadong malaki sa aken coz I end up not wearing them. If you can go to Baguio ukay, okay lang saken, madami kasing mga kick ass jackets dun! Thankssomuch!

-       TEE with A PINEAPPLE IN FRONT

-       TEE with A HEART. JUST ONE

-       an original kahet 2nd hand lang na "HOOTERS tm" shirt

-       top na may "88" sa harap. la lang. ocho ocho girl ako e.

-       and i dont even care any more for G-TEC 0.4 NA GREEN at saka PURPLE, but for old times sake let’s throw em in!

-     a nice watch, big face, with arabic numbers and not roman numerals or dashes…. AND with seconds hand, not a spinning butterfly or something sa middle. Plastic or leather, no metals coz i usually get contact dermatitis. White, beige, cream are preferred colors, basta light neutrals. Yoko sana ng japeks, pero kung di naman halata ok lang. Maganda yung big white watch ni Pia Guanio Sa Eat Bulaga.

Cornball movies that i enjoy watching pa ren on cable kahet one million times ko na napanood pero ayokong pagkagastusan(to emulate phoebe’s example with the burned CDs i decided to get copies of my own…downloaded copies or those burned from CDs from your friendly neighborhood ACA or VideoCity kumbaga labor of love talaga ito. No original DVDs please (unless you can’t help it), at 400+ sayang kasi ang pera, "i will get mad", but VCD sales (deeba super cheap nalang pag sale?) are okay:

-          1 baseball cap na white, and 1 cap na black. Plain cap lang, di kelangan may emblazoned logo of a baseball team or whatever, I only call it a baseball cap to differentiate from the other kinds of caps. Yung maganda ang shape, ha

-          Magic 8 ball na pink o red

-          any SODAMI article, original or not,  that you can get your hands on, preferably something practical and cute. Kasi na-miss ko sha, dati ang daming Sodami rip-offs sa SM Character shop, ngayon maski rip-off wala na. Originals last seen many years ago sa Robinson’s Galleria Morning Glory (which I’m not sure still exists)

-          Eat Bulaga merchandise. Hehehe. They give it away on the show, i dunno if it’s available elsewhere. A jacket, a watch or a bag, pwede! Yoko lang ng t shirt.  I grew up with this show, and now that im a bum, i get to watch it every day pa… grabe.

-          a new cute casing for my nokia 6600, which I still adore up to now, having been witness to my many ups and downs this past two years… to my phone, mwahness!

Yun lang. And just like last year, you know what else would make me happy? Wala pa ren akong digicam of my own! (meron kame pero pang-family use lang). Yun, gusto ko yun! Kahet mga ilang MPs lang, okz lang yun saken, kasi para saken lang naman and for when I have gimiks, I can take pics (which would invalidate the presence of the cam function of my minamahal na 6600, pero basta lang!) Gusto ko ren sana ng i-pod, pero mukhang makakabili na ako nun soon. Ang mahal lang kasi talaga ng digicam eh. At wala pa ren akong boyfriend, but I couldn’t care less, really. Meron lang mga days na, parang okay sana kung meron, but for the most part, I’m doing fine by myself. Honest! Malapit na ata ang aking Phoebe stage. Remember, like I said last year, and which makes a lot of sense, in the motto/whatislove slam book entry sort of way, here we go: the greatest love of all is easy to achieve… And anyway, just like year i-uupdate ko rin ito every now and them, coz I do sometimes purchase the stuff on my wish list pag bigla kong nakita eh baka magkadoble doble lang… Alavyah all, mwah and toodles! ;-p

MUSINGS NG ISANG HALATANG WALANG MAGAWA

Asungot ang isang tao sa G Miranda Bookstore sa UP Diliman Shopping center, yung isang kahera dun, gusto ko sapakin (okay fine, she’s beneath me, I tell my alter ego). Bibili kasi ako ng brown envelope na P1.75 lang, eh sa rich tayo at ang smallest bill ko ay PhP50.00, sabi ba naman, "Miss wala na kaming barya, baka naman pwedeng bumili ka muna ng iba dyan…" sabay irap and all, as in she pointedly ignored me (!) until i took a bunch of other brown envelopes. P24.50 na yung bill ko tuloy. "O ayan pwede na?" sabi ko, sabay irap din (well, in my mind lang na irap, i always try to be polite naman eh… unless nagpakita rin sa face ko ang annoyance ko; which sometimes happens, coz i can’t act that well when i’m annoyed). Haler sobra, tindahan kayo eh, dapat me barya kayo, magsara na nga kayo! > (  Pero actually I wouldn’t have minded had she been polite and said it in such a way na ma-e-endear pa sha saken kesa ganyan. Grrr talaga! Aanhin ko na tuloy ngayon ang sangkatutak na brown envelope, eh isa lang ang kelangan sa PRC? Anyway, whoever you are, leche ka.

Hey UP Alumni, kung gusto nyo magkaroon ng alumni card, eto ang requirements: 1 1×1 id pic, 1 2×2 id pic, accomplished application form (makukuha sa bahay ng alumni), PhP 100 for 1 year membership, and PhP1000 for lifetime membership. Since wala akong magawa talaga, naisip ko to apply for one. I think it will afford me access to the libraries? (which was what i was after, actually)

I’m obviously spending a lot of my free time in UP. Lam nyo naman, I’ve always loved the place, felt it was my home away from home, granted ngang I only stayed there four years for college. (and one day for high school before I was transferred elsewhere) Parang autistic noh, nililibang ko ang sarili ko dun, and I succeed in doing so. Anyway, I think I’ve done well enough to simulate my college life, blended into the background of college students even (coz I look young… younger than those college pips even! Basta hindi halata J). I’ve eaten my CASAA meals na (such as chicken roll with mushroom gravy! – di na sha kasing sarap nung dati, though), mukha lang akong friendless nerd coz I was alone. I buy books from the book sale sa former Green (and one time Yellow Orange) House. Isa pang suhestyon sa mga bored out of their wits: UP Film Center. ‘Nuff said.

Sawang-sawa na ba kayo sa super daming mga Friendster announcements (about blogs, new profiles, new testimonials, etc etc) na pumupuno sa inbox nyo? Well, if you don’t have a separate account for all the “junk” mail to go to, this is what you can do. (Coz this is what I did a while back. Wala kasi aokng ibang masulat so I figured I’d share the info) You can create a special folder sa inyong email accounts with appropriate keywords such as that all mails will go automatically to said folder. SO no more wading through tons of these before you get to read the emails that matter. Right? Right. haay. I’m bored.

Saan ba pwedeng mag-moonlight? Yung simple lang at hindi gaano toxic? Di pa kasi ako handa magpakatoxic, nag-iisip pa ako ng malalim kung ano ang plano at direksyon na gusto ko sa buhay ko eh… at di ko magagawang mag-esep esep ng mabuti kung natotoxic ako. Simpleng trabaho lang that can still afford me some time for introspection and soul-searching, and gimiks and vacations. And that will give me money. Something…

Kung si Piolo nga nakalimutan si Juday sa kanyang acceptance speech dati for best actor (dekada 70, star cinema)… haller… ede ako den me nakalimutan (coz… “I love you piolooooo!!!” Still! After many years!)…

I forgot my grandfather,  my Kakay… my remaining grandparent here on earth… I hope I made you happy i love you and i hope to be able to spend more years pa with you.

I also forgot my Bear friend/lola Bear/mommy Gizelle, sorry fault ko talaga yun, it really was an oversight on my part, I’m sorry po. Are you back na ba? Ok lang yun, mas nafifeel ko pa presence mo kesa kay Mommy Clair eh (i got to read your blog a while back kasi)… Kita naman tayo sometime! Btw ang sexy at ganda mo ngayon! sana ako din! TO my other Bear buddies, hi!:-) (ang cute naman naiyak kayo sa “acceptance speech” blog ko… well I really didn’t mean for it to have that effect… pero well ako ren naiiyak at that time eh! thanks you guys for always believing in me!
